Palladium Vaults complies with the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 and related UK legislation.
We reserve the right to conduct customer due diligence (CDD) and, where applicable, enhanced due diligence (EDD), including verification of identity, beneficial ownership, and source of funds or source of wealth. You agree to provide promptly all information reasonably requested for these purposes.
Failure to provide requested information may result in delay, refusal, or termination of services.
Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs)
You must notify us if you or any beneficial owner is a Politically Exposed Person, a family member of a PEP, or a known close associate. Where required, enhanced due diligence will be applied.
Sanctions
We comply with UK sanctions regimes administered by HM Treasury and OFSI. You warrant that you are not subject to sanctions nor acting on behalf of a sanctioned person or entity.
Right to Refuse and Suspicious Activity Reporting
We reserve the right to refuse or suspend services where we suspect money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions breaches. Where required by law, we may submit Suspicious Activity Reports to the National Crime Agency without notice.
